Airfood Recipe is a food recipe that uses air as the main ingredient. It’s light, full of protein and can be eaten instantly, making it an ideal source of sustenance for astronauts and mountain climbers alike.
To make Airfood Recipe yourself, you’ll need to follow very specific instructions on how to cook individual proteins according to the proper temperature. Cook the protein separately (not in a single pot) with a form of fat such as butter or olive oil until browned on all sides and cooked through before adding additional ingredients like salt-free vegetable broth, freeze dried peas and potatoes or whatever else you want to put in your AirFood Recipe.
Once you’ve assembled all the things you want to add to your AirFood Recipe, simply stir it all together on low heat for a few minutes. If your AirFood Recipe becomes too thick, simply add a bit of water to thin it out.
Unlike real food which needs to be properly prepared and cooked in order to kill bacteria and microorganisms, air is sterile and doesn’t really need any preparation besides being heated. Food-borne illness is not a threat when eating Airfood Recipe.
To make your AirFood Recipe as nutritious as possible, add in slices or chunks of fresh or dried fruit like apricots or berries which are rich in soluble fiber that’s healthy for digestion. For example, try this with berries or dried apricots:
