The problem is you are unable to draw a perfect circle/straight line.
Step 1
Straight line drawing by hand doesn’t exist. It is only possible to draw a straight line by hand using vectors. This is the shortest route between two points. Although you can cheat by using a ruler, your hand won’t likely learn how to draw straight lines. It doesn’t matter if the line starts perfectly, mistakes are more likely to be made. What does this mean?
Drawing a long line can be difficult, so we can Shopkins coloring pages draw lines with a shorter hand. It doesn’t really matter what tool you use for drawing straight lines, they will usually turn out quite well. Take a look at the image below. The closer the image is to the original, the shorter the lines.
Step 2
Let’s suppose you want to draw a floral like the one shown below. It’s made up of a straight line and a perfect circle as well as a few curves that have precise angles. You can probably draw it slowly and carefully, keeping your tongue out and sweaty on your face. But… why? Drawing shouldn’t be a chore. It should be fun!
Step 3
Concentration is required to draw technical drawings (straight lines, perfect circle) It is about drawing things exactly the way they are. You can’t have creativity or your own style. Style comes from diversity. It’s not what you want. Draw the exact same things every time?
You don’t need a tutorial if you already know how to draw. Because drawing–creation–is about keeping your hand relaxed while being focused on a final effect instead of creating a series of perfect lines. This is what you should learn: how to draw quickly, easily and relaxed. Let’s draw the flower again. These are the rules this time:
- Divide long lines into shorter ones.
- The shortest lines are those with more curves.
- Do not press the pencil too hard on the paper.
- It’s important to do it quickly!
Step 4
Isn’t it fun? If you narrow your eyes, it even looks quite done. Fill in the gaps between the lines by filling them with the ones that are missing. You can still follow the rules of the previous step.
Step 5
Now you can stress the lines by using a marker or pressing down harder on the pencil. You don’t have to do this step; you can skip it.
Step 6
It’s done! Although it doesn’t exactly look like the original, you can still see some style and your personal flair. It is truly your work! It looks natural and more natural than the original. Nature is imperfect. The best part is that you can change anything once you get past the limits!
Step 7
What should you do now that you know how to draw straight lines?
- Divide the lines into shorter ones.
- Instead of drawing circles with long, bending lines, draw circles using short lines.
- Draw light–so that your mistakes aren’t visible.
